Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 48®. Please note this service provides confirmation of delivery and not end to end tracking.

Print on Demand art prints are shipped direct from the supplier and delivery charges are calculated at checkout - for more information see our Print on Demand info & FAQ page.

Orders can be collected free of charge from Kettle's Yard - please select the Local Pickup option at checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Please note orders can only be collected during opening hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 11am-5pm

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your order for any reason you are welcome to do so within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund*

*Please note this excludes the following product categories, which can only be returned if faulty: Print on Demand prints, pierced earrings, limited edition artist prints and Artists Buttons.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in saleable condition (except where the item is damaged or faulty). Please do contact us if you need a replacement if you have received any item in such condition.

To return your item:

Step 1 Before you make your return, you should notify us by email to shop@kettlesyard.cam.ac.uk specifying your name, order number and reason for return.

Step 2 Following our confirmation, you can then return your item by post to: FAO Kettle's Yard Shop, Kettle's Yard, Castle Street, Cambridge, CB3 0AQ

Please include your name, address and order number in the package. We advise that you retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If you require an exchange, please include details of the replacement product.


Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. The cost of returning an item must be borne by the customer, and will only be refunded in the case of damaged or faulty items or where an item was sent in error.

Please note that while items purchased online can be returned in person to the Kettle’s Yard shop, refunds will be issued through the online platform to the card used to pay for the original order. Refunds for online purchases cannot be issued over the shop till.
