Ekta Kaul Cambridge Embroidery Kit

This beautiful Cambridge embroidery kit has been created by textile-artist Ekta Kaul. A perfect personal project or gift for a keen crafter, the hand-drawn map highlights some of the city's much-loved iconic buildings and parks and invites you to personalise it by adding your own favourite spots and memorable places. The colour palette for the map is inspired by the colours of Jim & Helen Ede's former home. A relaxing and mindful hobby, hand embroidery reflects the calm and tranquil spaces at Kettle’s Yard.

The kit is presented in a beautiful gift box and includes everything you will need to embroider - an original Cambridge map printed on a characterful linen-cotton measuring 30 x 42 cm (11.5 x 16.5 in) approx, an embroidery hoop, needles and 4 skeins of embroidery threads. A beautifully illustrated stitch guide is also included to get you started.
