The Leach Pottery in St Ives, Cornwall, was founded in 1920 by Bernard Leach and Shoji Hamada and is among the most respected and influential studio potteries in the world. The Leach Standard Ware range is designed for everyday use, made from stoneware clay and reduction fired. The pieces are made, glazed and fired in small batches, giving each mug, jugs and egg cup a unique shape and finish.
