Terms & Conditions of Sale for Ai Weiwei Limited Edition Print

Title

Title (ownership) only passes to the purchaser once the artwork has been delivered and we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, up to the point of delivery.

It is our expectation, and that of the artist, that the artwork is acquired by you for your own enjoyment and is not purchased for resale. We therefore reserve the right to cancel any orders by a buyer who we believe intends to resell the print on an internet auction site or other platform.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change. As is usual practice in edition publishing, prices will rise as the edition begins to sell out. Any change in pricing will be clearly communicated.

Shipping and Import Duties

Limited edition prints are shipped within the UK and internationally by DHL. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details of our shipping rates and delivery times.

Please note international shipping fees only cover transportation costs. Any import duties which are incurred with an international shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

In line with UK distance-selling regulations, prints may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. For full details of our returns process please see our Delivery and Returns page

Returns must be made in original packaging.
