The Very Less Flower Vase
A dainty flower bowl based on a traditional flower frog. The holes in the top support individual flower stems or leaves, making it easy to position each one exactly as you wish. Add water through one of the larger holes, and arrange your display. It works equally well with a single stem or several stems, and the weighted base allows for tall branches to balance securely.
- Stoneware, glazed inside
- Mushroom white glaze with speckled, slightly pitted finish, which breaks around the rim and holes.
- H8.5cm D8.5cm

The Very Less is a small pottery studio in Cambridge, specialising in planters and decorative ceramic pieces. Taking inspiration from mid-century Scandinavian design and traditional Japanese ceramics, pieces are wheel thrown with hand-built additions, giving each piece its own character and personality. Working within a narrow palette of shades of white and black, and using techniques of wax resist, and faceting, the pieces embrace the unpredictability of glazing. Pots are made to work as families or on their own, and each pot will take on a new life with the addition of plant, leaf or flower.
