Last Order Dates

We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure your order arrives in good time for Christmas. During December, we automatically upgrade all orders to Royal Mail 24 to help to deliver as soon as possible during our busiest season.

UK shipping

Order by midnight Thursday 19 December for delivery in time for Christmas.

We will continue dispatching orders until noon Monday 23 December, however we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. Please note the shop will be closed 24 December - 1 January and orders placed during this period will be dispatched from 2 January.

International shipping

Last posting dates vary by country - please refer to the Royal Mail International Tracked last posting dates and place your order at least 2 working days in advance. If you are unsure whether the last posting date for your destination has passed please contact the shop team on shop@kettlesyard.cam.ac.uk

Click & Collect

Orders can be collected from the Kettle's Yard shop until 4pm on Monday 23 December*. Please order by noon on Sunday 22 December to give our team time to prepare your order.
